Zonta Foothills is proud to announce its local grant recipients for the 2009-10 year. Nearly $15,000 was awarded to local organizations to benefit women and girls. And additional $7670 was awarded to assist women internationally.

Service

Zonta Foothills volunteers hundreds of service hours each year to our grant recipients and others.

Zonta Foothills provides scholarships to women at the high school, undergraduate and graduate levels.

Advocates for Progress

Zonta Foothills Club is a voice for women and children by influencing laws, legislation and attitudes locally and around the world.

In November 2009, Zonta Foothills assembled 950 birthing kits to ensure clean births for women in Asia and Africa.

Zonta Foothills Club of Boulder County is dedicated to advancing the status of women and girls locally and worldwide through improving their safety, health and wellness, education, economic stability and legal equality.

Through our local and international community we raise funds for scholarships, advocacy and social action and we volunteer many service hours to make a difference in the lives of women.

Thank you to all of our speakers, sponsors, donors, guests, volunteers and supporters who together made our flagship fundraising event, the Fifth Annual Authors' Luncheon, held on March 13, 2010, a big success! It takes many hands to make our dream of helping women and children worldwide come true. We are fortunate that so many hands joined together to make our mission a reality.

General membership meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 11:30 a.m. at the Boulder Cork (September - May). If you are interested in learning more about us, please feel free to join us for lunch and experience our Zonta warm spirit. Contact us to let us know you're coming.
