     To make a reservation by check, please mail your check payable to Zonta Foothills Foundation and a note indicating whether you would like the chicken or tofu luncheon. If you are making more than one reservation, or would like to be seated with a particular individual, please include those names as well.

     By making a reservation, you agree that your image may be used on promotional and publicity materials and website by Zonta Foothills and related press for this and future fundraising, other charitable and membership efforts.
