The Zonta Foothills Foundation, a non-profit Colorado corporation, was formed in 2006 to carry out the charitable purposes of Zonta Foothills Club of Boulder County. The Foundation enlists the Club in its fundraising efforts and makes charitable grants to organizations that qualify as tax exempt organizations under Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3).
