Zonta Foothills Club of Boulder County
Supporting Women and Girls Locally and Around the World
on Friday, 8 November 2019 as we celebrate our centennial anniversary of Zonta International. Join us on Friday, November 8, at Elements Bistro - 6315 Lookout Road, Boulder. Festivities begin at 6 PM.
Zonta Foothills Club of Boulder County, a member of Zonta International, has been supporting women and girls since its charter in 1982. Through local and international service projects, scholarships, and advocacy, they have supported the Boulder Valley Schools, Emergency Family Assistance Association, Community Food Share, Mother House, the Milagros Scholarship and many other local organizations.
An all volunteer organization, Zonta Foothills Club of Boulder County is making a difference in women's lives in Boulder and around the world.
Zonta EducateZ supports women's education and empowerment to improve lives. We believe that the future of Boulder County depends on the education and mentoring of women and girls.
Zontians advocate for women locally and around the world. Through Zonta Says No!, we campaign against violence. We raise awareness for laws and legislation that empower women and girls through campaigns like pay equity, family leave, and reproductive health.
Zonta mentors volunteer in the community to support leaders of tomorrow through our Boulder High PantherZ Z Club, our Flatirons Golden Z Club, and scholarships.
The Zonta Foothills Club of Boulder County envisions a society where:
women and girls are insured safe environments, access to education, and sustainable employment opportunities.
women and girls have fair access to quality healthcare, where every girl is insured equal and fair treatment.
society is free of gender-based violence, sexually transmitted disease, child marriage and social prejudices that prevent them from realizing their fullest potential.
Zonta Foothills Club of Boulder County volunteers to advance women and girls locally and worldwide through education, health and wellness, economic stability, safety and legal equality.
