The Pillar for Gender Equity
Zonta International’s 2022-2024 goals align with ZONTA’s mission and vision and are centered under five pillars including Stand Out for Gender Equity. We believe that “fostering a diverse and inclusive global community is a powerful platform to bring about the social change needed to make our vision for gender equality a reality.”
To that end, the Zonta Foothills Club of Boulder County has partnered with Out Boulder County to conduct Beyond Binary: LGBTQ+ Core Concepts & Etiquette Essentials. Our members attended this workshop which helped us to realize “our vision of an inclusive, just, and connected world where LGBTQ+ people and communities thrive.”
